Fernando enjoys seeing incredible beauty and potential in every project, whether it is a small remodel, a new dream home, or a large commercial project. He has over 25 years of architecture experience in design, project management, and construction management services with clients throughout Arizona and California.  

We are happy to have senior architect ASU alumni Thomas Bragg join our firm with over 30 years of experience as a registered architect and over 40 years of architecture experience.

Our always friendly Nadiya, a recent graduate from Grand Canyon University is always excited to help out clients with their billing questions and Fernando with office management and keeping Mercado Design Build Studio business relations up to date. 

Shane comes to MDBS with over 30 years of construction experience. He is capable of working on all types of projects, small to large, from custom barbecue grills, framing, drywall, cabinet installations, electrical work, and so much more.

Antonio is always continuously growing and learning about the construction and architecture business. He aspires to learn about all phases of the process and works on all types of projects.

Proud Del E Web School of Construction Alumni with over 17 years of experience working in the construction industry. She takes a lot of pride in all projects regardless of size and believes it is very rewarding to be involved in transforming spaces. 

Arizona State University Alum, with a Master’s in Architecture. Works closely with Fernando on projects to aid in the processes of design and detailing with clients on their visions for their projects. 

Upper-classman student at Grand Canyon University, studying business & accounting. Helps to assist in bookkeeping and accounting services for Mercado Design Build Studio.
