Mercado Design build studio Experience

  Mercado Design Build Studio is experienced in both small and large-scale projects across architectural & construction operations. MDBS’ CEO and/or staff have worked on various projects over many years accumulating experience through the MDBS office and/or with other organizations. Lists of our experience can be found above.


Mr. Mercado’s primary experience is commercial architecture working in all project phases from programming through construction administration as well as coordinating engineers, consultants, and municipalities. His past work includes projects in learning facilities, corporate offices, retail, restaurant, hospitality, medical, government, banks, automotive, and aviation. He is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Rendering Software, and Microsoft Office.
